Cancellation by the Client

• Monthly Retainers: Clients may cancel their monthly retainer services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to trinamahie01@gmail.com.
• One-Time Projects: For fixed-scope projects, cancellations made after the work has commenced will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

• No Refunds on Completed Work: Due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved in strategy, scripting, and editing, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed or delivered.
• Pro-Rated Refunds: If a contract is cancelled mid-term, a pro-rated refund may be issued solely at the discretion of Cosmic Marketing, based on the volume of work pending.
• Setup Fees: Any onboarding or setup fees paid are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments In the event of a billing error or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the overcharged amount.
